The architectural plans are a great starting point, but they don't show everything — mostly finished heights and window/door openings. This guide is here to capture what the plans can't: real measurements, existing conditions, and anything that doesn't quite match what's drawn.
Work through it room by room, check items off as you go, and drop notes right in each section. Entries save as you type — if the page reloads or you come back to it later, everything you've entered will still be here.
The plan set gives general heights, but not window/opening heights and not finished-level heights — it only shows references for the structural finish.
So for every room: measure the finished wall height and every window/door opening directly on-site. Don't assume these from the plans — that's exactly what this guide exists to catch.
Skim the Summary below to make sure nothing got missed, then send the photos/video along with a copy of the summary text back to Erika.
Thank you so much for doing this — it makes a real difference in getting the drawings and renders right the first time.
